Service

TranscribeFlow converts audio and video files into text. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• You must own the rights to, or have permission to transcribe, any file you upload.
• Do not upload illegal content or content that violates others' rights.
• Automated abuse of the service (scraping, bulk uploads without a plan) is not permitted.

Billing

Free usage is limited to 10 minutes without payment. One-time packs do not auto-renew. Monthly plans renew at the rate shown on the checkout page unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for one-time packs are handled on a case-by-case basis.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Transcription results may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and editing your transcript before relying on it.
