Your files

Files you upload are used solely to produce your transcription. They are processed securely and are automatically deleted after transcription. We do not store your audio, use it to train models, or share it with third parties beyond the transcription provider required to generate your transcript.

Transcripts

Transcripts are retained only as long as needed to let you view and export them, then deleted. We never sell or rent your transcripts.

Account & payments

We collect only what is needed: an email address if you create an account, and payment details are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages and features are used. This does not include your audio content or the text of your transcripts.
